Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location was perfect, and we loved the luggage storage space. Plus, we enjoyed free WiFi all over the place. We visited a couple of amazing spots thanks to the tour desk available. it was a great group vacation!
The check-in process was tough. There were just a few hours when someone was at the front desk to help us, which made things tricky.

Spacious rooms, proximity to public transport, charming balcony feature
The stairs are incredibly steep and narrow, making it difficult to navigate with luggage!!! Shower temperature inconsistencies are a total nuisance, and the furniture truly needs an update!!!

missingWrote a review on Aug 14great locationcomfy bedlots of stairsshower issues
the location is awsome, super close to the tube and tons of things to do around. and the bed? omg it was like sleeping on clouds, best sleep ever! i was there for hyde park concerts and it was totally walkable. sooo much charm in the area, loved it! the place was really clean too and staff were nice enough to help when i asked for extra towels.
the stairs were a bit of a workout, not easy for everyone. also, the shower pressure was kinda iffy sometimes.

Great location and spacious room!
I had a pleasant stay with a spacious and tidy room that made for a comfortable environment. The proximity to major attractions was a huge plus, allowing easy access to explore the city. the shared bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient and should have been more clearly advertised.

Awesome stay in a prime spot!
Had a fab time! My room was huge and super clean. There were tea-making facilities, which I loved. The staff were really nice and helpful. Great location close to some embassies and Buckingham Palace. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch. Just wished breakfast options were a bit better.

Just a solid selection for a short stay in London with all in all brilliant value for money. The lock on the door was a bit dodgy, but it felt safe enough for my stay. Be prepared to carry your luggage up some stairs.

The queen suite was lovely and exceptionally clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a delightful private balcony. Enjoying a quiet night was easy due to the safe, central location, allowing quick access to key attractions. the steep climb to the top floor was a workout, and missing offerings like hot dogs in the dining facilities was disappointing.
